TODD CLAYTON
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER / MANAGING DIRECTOR



Todd joined Eagle Boys in September 2004 as General Manager of Retail, with more than 25 years experience in a range of roles across the quick service industry both nationally and internationally.

From the mid 1980s, Todd was involved in the national and international expansion plan for Sizzler Restaurants. He has also spent time in management roles with McDonald’s and Pizza Hut.

Prior to Eagle Boys, Todd operated two successful small businesses in the hospitality sector, where he gained further knowledge and skills to apply to a growing network of franchised small businesses.

As both Managing Director and a shareholder of Eagle Boys, Todd has set his sights on growing the Eagle Boys network to more than 400 stores nationally as well as establishing a strong international presence.


MURRAY STEWART
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER



Murray joined Eagle Boys in 2006, holds a Bachelor of Business, is a chartered accountant and chartered company secretary. His prior role was working at Brisbane Markets for six years as finance, admin and property manager.

He has over 20 years experience in finance, working with chartered accounting firms in Australia and overseas, as well as commercial roles in the freight and property industries.

Murray has overseen a number of major IT system implementations during his career and has valuable experience in IT systems and development.

In his role as General Manager – Corporate, he manages finance, legal and office management and relationships with Eagle Boys’ IT suppliers.


PAUL BRIGGS
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER



Paul joined Eagle Boys in June 2009 as the company’s Group Executive Technology. Paul’s previous experience includes CEO of Professional Outsource Group, CIO and Group Company Secretary for technology firm GroundProbe and Managing Director for software firm Cyberous Technology.

Paul holds a MBA from the University of Queensland and Bachelor of Business (Business Management and IT Management)from the University of Southern Queensland.

A technology strategist, Paul is responsible for ensuring Eagle Boys embraces the technology solutions to allow customers to better interact with the company, and which allow Eagle Boys to better deliver its product.
