DRIVE THRU STORES

Offering greater customer convenience with this Australian-unique service in the pizza category.

Realising a major opportunity to improve convenience for customers and compete with a larger group of fast food chains, Eagle Boys Pizza launched a world first Drive Thru pizza model in 1999. No longer would customers need to wait when ordering their favourite pizza! Eagle Boys has more than 20 Drive Thru Stores across Australia. 

STANDARD STORES

Standard Stores operate in major metropolitan and regional areas.

A Standard Store model suits metropolitan cities or major regional centres with a population of over 10,000. Eagle Boys has over 130 Standard Stores throughout Australia. 




MICRO STORES

Micro Stores are tailored to meet the needs of smaller cities and towns.

The smaller Micro Store model is available in towns with a total population between 5,000–10,000. Eagle Boys has over 40 Micro Stores throughout Australia. 

LOCAL STORES

Local Stores are designed for smaller townships of up
to 5,000 residents with limited food options.

Designed to dominate in markets where there is limited competition, the Local Store Model is a significant value-for-money business proposition.

Under the Local Store Model, the regional location and limited competition will allow attractive menu pricing with the potential to deliver considerable profits to Franchisees. The Local Store is a relatively new model, with eight operating in various locations. 
   

EXPRESS STORES

Express Stores can operate in a space as small as 6sqm and can be established within an existing business.

The Eagle Boys Pizza Express Store is a unique opportunity to create a profitable business in a very small space, producing high quality personal pizzas and healthy margins, with low labour costs and minimal fuss.

Eagle Boys Express Stores are designed for busy customers who want pizza on the go. These stores can be independently-branded kiosks, such as on a university campus, or be incorporated into an existing business, such as a service station or convenience store.

Simplicity, consistency and speed are the key features of the Eagle Boys Express Store which can produce from 60 pizzas per hour to 2,500 pizzas per hour.

Eagle Boys has developed a six inch pizza par-baked system especially for Express Stores.  This allows us to produce pizza bases off-site with the highest level of consistency and quality.  The bases are snap-frozen for delivery to each outlet.  Once thawed, they are simply topped as required and baked in approximately four minutes and 30 seconds.  Operators can cook to order or cook ahead allowing customers to grab and go during busy periods.

The Eagle Boys Express Store can be adapted to suit a range
of applications and designed to fit in spaces as small as six
square metres.
