Commercial Terms

Establishment Budget 

A site-specific budget has been compiled, for a copy please phone Michael Standley.  After quotes are approved to perform fit-out works another budget will be completed. At the end of the project an actual establishment cost versus budget is prepared.

It is important to know that Eagle Boys is a preferred franchise with the 4 major banks (Westpac, Bank West, ANZ and NAB) and the banks may lend up to 60% against the business and may fund the remaining 40% with asset backing.
