National Office Support

Based in Brisbane, Eagle Boys Pizza’s National Office boasts a team of highly-skilled staff who work hard to help you grow your business in areas such as:

Our team is available any time to advise you on any operational or administrative queries. Each Eagle Boys store is also allocated a dedicated Franchise Business Manager (FBM). Our FBMs visit their franchisees and the stores continually throughout the year, providing advice and guidance regarding the operation and profitability of your store. 

Training

Our people are our most important asset. That’s why we work hard to deliver quality training programs to grow and develop all of our team members, from franchisees and in-store staff to our National Office team members. Eagle Boys’ Training and Development Team develops and delivers structured initial and ongoing training programs to ensure we continue to deliver delicious pizzas and menu options to customers and strong margins for our franchisees.

Our number one priority in training is to ensure pizza lovers across Australia continue to choose Eagle Boys Pizza as their number one pizza store. We are dedicated to ensuring our franchisees achieve strong sales growth and optimum profits through our training programs to stay competitive and grow their business. 

New Franchisees

We train our new Eagle Boys Pizza franchisees through a five week comprehensive program, which includes information on how to operate, administer and market their Eagle Boys Pizza store.In one of the five weeks, you will spend time in our National Office where you will learn business management, leadership and operational skills through our tailored modules. In the remaining four weeks, you will be placed into a store with an existing franchisee who will mentor you as you learn the day-to-day operations. You will also learn how to market your store and how to best serve your customers through our Extreme Customer Service and Upselling Techniques programs. In addition to this training program, our Training Department will spend an additional two weeks with you providing support when your store opens. 

Existing Franchisees

In addition to new franchisee training, Eagle Boys Pizza also operates its National Training College. This is where franchisees, in-store team members and management staff can brush up on their business skills. These courses focus on business planning, customer service, understanding the retail award and motivational programs. 

Marketing

Eagle Boys Pizza have a talented and dedicated marketing team developing national and local strategies to spread the word. Our marketing team is vibrant, creative and ready to help you deliver the tastiest pizza in Australia to your local community. The Eagle Boys marketing team develops new products, superior promotions, public relations, e-business and sponsorship strategies and works closely with our franchisees to develop local marketing support.
