5. Team selection and training

Some Eagle Boys Pizza stores employ up to 40 part-time and full-time staff. Selecting and employing the right people to run a successful business is a big task. That’s why we provide you with staff recruitment criteria and guidelines, along with personal assistance from our National Office team.

Our Training Department will work with you several weeks prior to opening and be involved in all aspects of you and your staff's training for several months after you open your store. But our support doesn't stop there. Your day-to-day needs will be met by your local Franchise Business Manager from our Operations Department. Remember, help and advice will always be close by.

7. Regular visits from National Office team members

A dedicated Franchise Business Manager will visit your store on a regular basis for one to three days at a time. They will help coach you to improve your sales, profitability and general management along with improving communications and standards. This not only helps you, but also ensures National Office is always aware of your needs and wants.
