How can I pay for my order?
Online orders can be paid using your VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Diner’s Club card. You may also wish to choose the “Cash Payment” option where payment can be made to the delivery driver or when picking up your order.
How much change do delivery drivers carry?
Our drivers only carry $20 worth of change. Many of our stores now have mobile EFTPOS machines which are sent out with delivery drivers. Please call your local store to find out if mobile EFTPOS is available. To avoid the hassle of finding enough change why not pay by credit card at the end of your order? Simply select “Credit Card Payment” on checkout.
How can I check to see if my order was received?
Once your order has been confirmed you will be taken to an order confirmation screen. You will also be sent an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If you’re still uncertain please contact your local store by ringing 1300 EAGLE BOYS (1300 324 532) and following the prompts.
Is your site secure?

What do you do with my Credit Card details?
All credit card transactions are handled by IP Solutions International, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. Eagle Boys does not store any credit card information internally.

The Payment Card Industry council require any organisation which stores, processes or transmits credit card data to be compatible with the PCI Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). PCI security certification is an onerous process in terms of both achieving compliance and ongoing compliance as the standards are constantly being upgraded as credit card fraud becomes more sophisticated.
