What is the minimum order value for online ordering?

The minimum order value for delivery is $20. There is no minimum order value required for pickup orders.


What is the maximum order value for online ordering?

The maximum order value is $250. Please call your local store for any catering ordering on 1300 EAGLE BOYS (1300 324 532).


Can I use coupons for online ordering?

Some coupon codes are temporarily unavailable. Our new website now has the ability to accept our national and local coupons! Once you are on the menu page simply enter the code in the coupon code box of the left navigation panel and click “GO”. Once the coupon code has been accepted you can add the appropriate menu items to your order to receive the discount. Please note, coupon codes are only valid for the store from which you received the coupon.


Can I customise my pizza base and toppings?

Yes, you can customise most pizzas or even create your own. Please note, some pizzas have limitations on what toppings and garnishes can be added or removed.


Why do you need my personal details when checking out?

Your personal details are required so we can validate your order and so we can contact you if there are any questions or issues.


Why do you need my email address?

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on checkout.

What will you do with my address details?

If you have created an account with us your delivery address details will be stored against your account profile. Please keep your login password secure to ensure your account details will be protected. For delivery orders your delivery address will be sent through to our stores for fulfilment and will be stored locally for easy reference for future ordering.
