Management and Operations

Every potential franchisee is required to undergo a minimum of five weeks training in the operation, marketing and administration of an Eagle Boys outlet.

This includes preparation of raw ingredients (including HACCP food-handling procedures), production, customer service, national and local marketing, staff selection, computer training, management and staff training.

Franchisees are entitled to access Eagle Boys software systems and confidential operations and HACCP manuals.

These set out information concerning, among other things, store and staff management, product quality, stock ordering and supply.

The operations & HACCP manuals are designed to ensure that all franchisees and staff know exactly what their job is, and how to do it, with the objective of achieving and maintaining consistently high service standards for customers and maximum profitability for franchisees, and how to do it, with the objective of achieving and maintaining consistently high service standards for customers and maximum profitability for franchisees.
