Nine steps to your Eagle Boys store

Introductory package

After receiving the introductory package, which includes a store list, we suggest you contact our franchisees to discuss the Eagle Boys system with them. We also suggest that you inspect some of our stores to gain an appreciation of the franchise offer.

Our call

We will then call you within three weeks of your initial contact with us to discuss any questions you may have. After this step you should fill in and return to us your franchise information form and Confidentiality Agreement.

Informal meeting

We suggest that you meet with us at our office for informal discussion, without obligation.

Work in a store

At this stage, we suggest you spend a weekend working in a store to view, first hand, our operations, and help you gain an appreciation of the nature of the business and its lifestyle.

Investigate feasibility

You should now be prepared to investigate the financial feasibility of our Eagle Boys franchise. We can provide you with a copy of the store opening budget as well as a selection of actual store financial data from franchisees who have approved their release. You should review this information in conjunction with your accountant.

Assessment

We then assess your suitability, both personally and financially, to establish and operate an Eagle Boys franchise.

Review

From here on, we will provide you with a disclosure document and  a sample franchise agreement. We will also review your business plan and your financial arrangements.

A final formal approval step will involve a panel interview whereby your Business plan is reviewed with you by a selection of Key Eagle Boys executives.

Training

Once finance is approved, a detailed training program will be developed and you will be closely monitored and guided by the training department to ensure that you have the necessary skills to run your franchise.

Fit-out

Pending approval by the training department, the process of site selection and construction fit-out can commence in readiness for your store opening.
