Mission Statement:Eagle Boys Training and Development Team makes a commitment to develop and deliver structured and well balanced, initial and on-going Training Programs to all Franchisees, Store and National Office Personnel
Eagle Boys training philosophy:Because people are our most important asset, training is a high priority. It is through people that we deliver our products to our customers. We are a people business. The primary goal of all training at Eagle Boys is to provide total customer satisfaction through outstanding Product, Service and Image and achieve sales growth and optimum profits. To be successful in meeting this goal, we believe that all our programs must clearly communicate the value of each individual and their importance to the Eagle Boys system. Effective training results in important benefits, both to the individual and to Eagle Boys. - It develops new resources to help the system progress

Training is everyone's job. All the time, it is a continual process. It takes place at every level throughout the system. It is how we stay competitive and growing. Effective training depends on both individual efforts and on system wide efforts. The Eagle Boys training program caters for both new and existing Franchisees. New Franchisees:Are trained in a 5 week comprehensive training program which includes: - Operating an Eagle Boys store
- Administering an Eagle Boys store
- Marketing an Eagle Boys store.
Four of the five weeks training will be ‘live’ in-store with one of our existing Franchisees, where you can learn the day to day operations of a store and get close to the people that matter the most – your customers. Learn the operations of a store, how to market your store, how to best serve your customers through our Extreme Customer Service program and Upselling techniques. Take home valuable tips from the people in the know – Our Franchisees. One week out of the five is spent at our National Office – where you will learn Business Management Modules, Leadership Modules and Management of the day to day Operations. In addition to your five week Training Program, the Training Department will spend a further two weeks with you providing support in the initial stages of your opening. Existing Franchisees:Existing Franchisees are offered training modules in business planning, customer service, understanding the retail award and motivational programs for front-line staff. We are also proud to announce the arrival of our Eagle Boys Training College Our Training College has been designed to provide 3 levels of management training including – Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced Retail Management with courses being offered to Assistant Manager, Store Managers, Existing and New Franchisees. All courses have been developed with a high take home value. |
