Recently we hit the road to find out exactly why Australia prefers the taste of Eagle Boys.  From this coast to that coast, through dry spots and wetlands, we travelled and we stopped to talk to people about why Eagle Boys pizza is the preferred taste.  Real People with real stories and, we think, really good taste in pizza!

 

At Eagle Boys, we always knew we made great pizzas.


We know our new menu is a real winner, with pizzas that are bigger and better than that of our competitors.

But we needed proof. That’s why we decided to take to the streets to let you, Australian pizza lovers, decide once and for all whose pizzas were the tastiest.

From the 30th April to 3rd May, we swooped the nation, talking and taste testing with Australians to determine who really did serve the tastiest pizza.

Ensuring we reached the tastebuds of Aussies across our great country, we randomly selected 420 pizza lovers off the streets from the East to West coasts of Australia for random blind taste tests.

We tested three pizza varieties that appeal to a large proportion of customers and which make up almost 50% of all pizza flavours sold at Eagle Boys. BBQ Meatlovers, Super Supremo and Vegie Delight were served to pizza lovers to tantalise their taste buds and compare our pizzas to those of Domino’s (Supreme, Meatosaurus and Vegorama on large Classic Crust base) and Pizza Hut’s (Super Supreme, BBQ Meatlovers and Veggie on large Perfecto base).


 

The Real Story
 

 



Well… Australians tasted, and Australians confirmed. From the streets of Brisbane to the banks of Perth’s Swan River, and to the shores of the NSW Central Coast, the answer was clear... Australia prefers the taste of Eagle Boys!

We know claiming to have Australia’s favourite pizza is a big deal. To make sure no one was pulling the wool over pizza lovers’ eyes, we commissioned an independent research company and independent statistician to conduct the Australia-wide random blind taste test.

And it’s a fact…….Australians prefer the taste of Eagle Boys pizza.
