Why can't I order online from my local store?

Your local store may be experiencing technical difficulties or may have closed unexpectedly. Please contact your local store by ringing 13 14 33. Please note, if a store is closed for trade you are still able to place a future order for when the store is open.

What number do I call if online ordering doesn't work?

What is the minimum order value for online ordering?

The minimum order value for delivery is $22. There is no minimum order value required for pickup orders. 

What is the maximum order value for online ordering?

The maximum order value is $250. Please call your local store for any catering ordering on 13 14 33.

Can I customise my pizza base and toppings?

Yes, you can customise most pizzas or even create your own. Please note, some pizzas have limitations on what toppings and garnishes can be added or removed.

Why do you need my personal details when checking out?

Your personal details are required so we can validate your order and so we can contact you if there are any questions or issues.

Why do you need my email address?

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on checkout.

If you have created an account with us your delivery address details will be stored against your account profile. Please keep your login password secure to ensure your account details will be protected. For delivery orders your delivery address will be sent to our stores for fulfilment and will be stored locally for easy reference for future ordering.

How can I pay for my order?

Online orders can be paid using your VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Diner’s Club card. You may also wish to choose the “Cash Payment” option where payment can be made to the delivery driver or when picking up your order.

How much change do delivery drivers carry?

Our drivers only carry $20 worth of change. Many of our stores now have mobile EFTPOS machines which are sent out with delivery drivers. Please call your local store to find out if mobile EFTPOS is available. To avoid the hassle of finding enough change why not pay by credit card at the end of your order? Simply select “Credit Card Payment” upon checkout.

How can I check to see if my order was received?

Once your order has been confirmed you will be taken to an order confirmation screen. You will also be sent an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If you’re still uncertain please contact your local store by ringing 13 14 33 and following the prompts.

What do you do with my Credit Card details?

All credit card transactions are handled by IP Solutions International, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. Eagle Boys does not store any credit card information internally.
